Elrain Valanthe is an elven wizard in the pure elven tradition. Trained in the Elvish ways of war and wizardry from birth, Elrain is haughty in his knowledge that he has already outlived several human generations.
Elrain was raised in the forest of Hal’ran, north of Faras. In his 135 years he has seen the human kingdom grow from a scared hamlet to a prosperous kingdom, expanding outwards. Though Elrain was but a young apprentice, he remembered the brief anxiety the wood elves felt when the humans started logging Hal’ran. Though the humans and elves reached agreements, Elrain never resolved his anxiety regarding the booming human population on his nation’s borders.
As a adult and wizard of Hal’ran, Elrain has let his ancestral home to wander the world and learn its secrets. Rumors persist that other elven tribes survived the dragon wars, and he would gladly discover them. Also, the humans, dwarves and other creatures of this world are awakening, and Elrain is determined to discover what place each nation will have on the fate of his people.

Elrain has spent plenty of skill points on bonus langauges and knowledge. In addition to his magic, his knowledge is one of his great powers.
Elrain believes that he is entitled to his race’ s longevity and magical prowess. He always wears and wields the best available equipment and clothes. He is not racist, per say, but he makes no effort to hide the cultural differences between his nation and other cultures, and his preferences.
Elrain excellent spellcraft skills- use them! Also- he has decent Use Magical Device spell ranks, if he continues to develop them, he’llbe able to use all sorts of magical devices (even clerical) to augment his powers. He might start with divine scrolls or wands of cure light wounds.
